Picnic, cycling and blading

I have been patronizing East Coast Park almost every weekend of May! Had uber fun cycling, rollerblading and of course, picnic! Me and Porky are even planning an outdoor steamboat soon =X

Well, I’ve been sent on a course the past 2 weeks by my coy and I heard its a very popular programme founded by WDF. I am finally a CSP certified! Through the course, I’ve been taught how to develop passion, positive mindset, how to handle internal and external customers, how to mind my body language and most of all, I learnt how not to be judgemental! It’s definitely beneficial to me as I am kinda stereotyped… Haha =X

This class was held at my office building as my coy is a recognized training provider for our restaurants. I was requested to join the outlet’s staff instead of the HQ ppl because my job requires me to mingle more with them.

I didn’t mind because HQ staff have to travel to SingPost for the training! My office is much nearer and convenient for me…
